THE WINE: Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Ortega. Following good summer ripening the Chardonnay was barrel fermented in French oak adding a delicate hint of vanilla to this light medium-bodied dry wine.
THE VEGAN CHEESE (CHEASE): This Cultured soft cashew 'chease' is free from Soya, Coconut oil and diary!. Just soft and naturally fermented, dusted with turmeric and black pepper. So good, that you could easily go vegan.

THE WINE: 90% Pinot Gris Blend. 10% Ortega Blend. The part of the pinot gris was barrel fermented in French oak adding a delicate hint of vanilla to this light medium-bodied dry wine. There are aromas of zesty lime, white grapefruit as well as tropical fruits on the palate and a clean fresh finish. Enjoy with grilled chicken, fish and seafood pasta dishes.
THE VEGAN CHEESE (CHEASE): Organic Almond Nuts, Water, Probiotic Cultures, Turmeric, Black pepper and Pink Himalayan Salt. Allergens: Almond Nuts. This product does not use gluten-containing ingredients. Nevertheless, the product is made in a kitchen that may process gluten which is not suitable for coeliacs.

Bath Culture House was born in 2016, lead by a woman passionate for good food and responsible consumption. Lucie, the founder, is a biologist by profession who flourished into a successful cheesemaking career in Cornwall. Inspired by Rachel Demuth, Lucie started teaching fermentation workshops at Demuth's Cookery School. Fer passion has been always to empower people to nourish their digestive system by creating delicious live food teaching fermentation skills.
