THE COMBO:

  • Court Garden Ditchling red  (11% abv) - 750ml
  • Smoked & Chipotle chilli cashew 'Chease' - 120g

THE WINE: A special blend of Dornfelder and Pinot Noir, aged on the grape skins for 12 months prior to pressing, in French barrels for 6 months and finally for 6 months in the bottle. This Ditchling Red is 100% Pinot Noir, aged in French barrels for 4 months. A soft and fruity red; smooth acidity and light tannic structure with warming red fruit aromas with lots of blackcurrants, cherry and spice on the palate.  

THE VEGAN CHEESE (CHEASE): This Cultured soft cashew 'chease' is free from Soya, Coconut oil and diary!. Just soft and naturally fermented, Smokey, dusted with Chipotle Chilli Flakes. So good, that you could easily go vegan.

Our Vegan cheeses are fresh and produced in Bath, therefore there is not same-day delivery available for this combo. We deliver freshly made cheases every Saturday!

    THE WINE: 100% Pinot Noir blend. Fermentation controlled at 22-25c, pressed and aged in French oak for 4 months. A soft and fruity red; smooth acidity and light tannic structure with warming red fruit aromas with lots of blackcurrants, cherry and spice on the palate. Enjoy on its own or with roast chicken, seared tuna and lightly spiced dishes.

    THE VEGAN CHEESE (CHEASE): Organic Cashew Nuts, Water, Probiotic Cultures, Smoked Paprika, Chipotle Chilli, Pink Himalayan Salt. Allergens: Cashew Nuts (All nuts used are Organic). This product does not use gluten-containing ingredients. Nevertheless, the product is made in a kitchen that may process gluten which is not suitable for coeliacs.

    Court Garden is a family-run, single-estate vineyard and winery in East Sussex, set on a beautiful south-facing slope with the South Downs as the backdrop. Using the classic Champagne varietals to produce a top English sparkling wine. Court Garden are passionate about the grapes they grow and the wine they make. This passion has been rewarded with numerous national & international awards.  

    Bath Culture House was born in 2016, lead by a woman passionate for good food and responsible consumption. Lucie, the founder, is a biologist by profession who flourished into a successful cheesemaking career in Cornwall. Inspired by Rachel Demuth, Lucie started teaching fermentation workshops at Demuth's Cookery School. Fer passion has been always to empower people to nourish their digestive system by creating delicious live food teaching fermentation skills. The company is hand-make vegan, artisan food & drink in the hideout in the Mendips, Somerset. All Bath Culture House's products are Plastic-free, Gluten-free and vegan!
