Palace Culture uses pure organic cashews and live cultures, Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt, soft in the inside and a white camembert mould rind on the outside. A distinctive camembert white truffle taste, medium sharp. 100% plant-based, vegan. They age our camembert for 2 to 3 weeks.

Palace Culture handcrafts our vegan cheeses and uses no artificial additives or preservatives. Our artisan cheeses are made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals.

    This is a brand we really love, not just because of its delicious products but because of the love that Mirko and his team put to each of the cheeses! Mirko, the founder started his business in the Parmigiani family kitchen in Crystal Palace. Due to his 4-year-old son’s dairy intolerance, Mirko made it his mission to create a delicious vegan/dairy-free cheese for his family. Combining his love for flavours with a deep passion for health and sustainability, he began making nut-based cheeses using raw and local ingredients. The resulting product was a huge success! And soon enough word of these nutty cheeses quickly spread throughout Crystal Palace. Today Mirko produces his cheeses in the food hub of Bermondsey. This is where Palace Culture creates our cheeses today, which we then distribute all throughout London!
