  • Why does Fressco promote this producer ?

This is a brand we really Love not just because its delicious products but because of the love that Mirko and his team put to each of the cheeses! Mirko, the founder started his business in the Parmigiani family kitchen in Crystal Palace. Due to his 4-year-old son’s dairy intolerance, Mirko made it his mission to create a delicious vegan/dairy-free cheese for his family. Combining his love for flavours with a deep passion for health and sustainability, he began making nut-based cheeses using raw and local ingredients. The resulting product was a huge success! And soon enough word of these nutty cheeses quickly spread throughout Crystal Palace. Today Mirko produces his cheeses in the food hub of Bermondsey. This is where Palace Culture creates our cheeses today, which we then distribute all throughout the U.K!
