Palace Culture Kimchi Semi-soft Organic Vegan Cheese 145g
KIMCHEESE SEMI-SOFT ORGANIC VEGAN CHEESE - 145 g
This semi-soft cashew cheese has a delicious creamy texture. The base is made out of 4 simple ingredients, filtered water with added magnesium, organic activated cashews (soaked in filtered water ), sea salt and live cultures and the gut-friendly juice of Bottlebrush ferment’s award-winning kimchi. Pure organic cashews and Cornish sea salt give it a rich natural creamy cheesy flavour, covered with a mix of Korean chilli flakes. The chilli is not hot and adds an earthy and sweeter touch.
Palace Culture handcrafts vegan cheeses and uses no artificial additives or preservatives. These artisan cheeses are made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals.

- Why does Fressco promote this producer ?
This is a brand we really love, not just because of its delicious products but because of the love that Mirko and his team put to each of the cheeses! Mirko, the founder started his business in the Parmigiani family kitchen in Crystal Palace. Due to his 4-year-old son’s dairy intolerance, Mirko made it his mission to create a delicious vegan/dairy-free cheese for his family. Combining his love for flavours with a deep passion for health and sustainability, he began making nut-based cheeses using raw and local ingredients. The resulting product was a huge success! And soon enough word of these nutty cheeses quickly spread throughout Crystal Palace. Today Mirko produces his cheeses in the food hub of Bermondsey. This is where Palace Culture creates our cheeses today, which we then distribute all throughout London!
