  The part of the pinot gris was barrel fermented in french oak adding a delicate hint of vanilla to this light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of zesty lime, white grapefruit as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish. Enjoy with grilled chicken, fish and seafood pasta dishes.
