Bay’s Kitchen was created by Hayley (‘Bay‘) who was diagnosed with IBS after years of uncomfortable digestion issues. Frustrated by a lack of products that don’t contain ingredients such as onion or garlic, she set about creating her own range of convenient low FODMAP sauces that taste great. Bay always knew that a huge amount of people were suffering like her (1 in 5 suffer with IBS) and so she knew there had to be a better way. Hence, she decided to develop her own low FODMAP foods which were tasty and convenient… and after long hours working in her own kitchen Bay’s Kitchen was born!
